Rubber Sheet Smokehouse
Our innovative smoke house dries sheets in just 48 hours, compared to the 3–5 days required in a traditional smokehouse. Using only 500 gm of firewood per kg of rubber, it significantly reduces fuel consumption. Unlike conventional methods that require flipping and repositioning sheets daily, our system ensures even drying with zero manual effort. With a compact 200-sheet capacity, it replaces the need for larger setups while delivering consistent RSS-3 quality sheets. Simply place the sheets inside, fire the furnace twice a day, and retrieve perfectly dried sheets—faster, easier and more efficient.
